Your privacy matters to us. Therefore, we invite you to understand how we collect and store your personal data. Here you will find information on how we collect this data and your rights pertaining to your data. This policy applies if you visit our websites, buy our products or our services, communicates with us through email or visit us via accounts in social media. Our only purpose of collecting and storing this data is to provide you with optimal service. The latest version of our privacy policy can always be found on our website.

What is personal data?

Personal data is any such information that can be used to identify a person. It can include data containing names, addresses, social numbers, a picture or an IP-address. Handling of personal data include registration, changing, deleting, collecting, reading, transferring, structuring and storing such data.

The purpose and lawful basis

The purpose of our handling of personal data is to enable you to make orders and for us to complete such orders. We also use the data to send newsletters and other information to you. The lawful basis is based on any of the following: Contract, consent, legitimate interests and/or legal obligation. We only handle personal data that you have selected and communicated to us.

When you pay for products and services in our web shop or store your payment details are transmitted to a third party, i.e. any of our payment solution providers and any of their personal data providers.

When you choose to register an account under “Mina sidor/My pages” in our web shop, the personal data that you provide will be stored. The personal data will be used to process your orders and purchases. The account details are saved if your account exists and then a further 12 months.

When you send a message to us the message will be stored in our e-mail systems. We then handle your personal data and will save your message only for as long as is required to process your inquiry. The lawful basis is consent and contract.

Our business administration systems retain personal data according to Swedish law for 7 years the year after the transaction has taken place. The lawful basis is legal obligation according to the Swedish Accounting Act.

When you have given your consent to receive our newsletter and other information from us, we will handle your personal data. You can at any time decline the subscription by choosing “Avprenumerera” at the bottom of the email, or alternatively contact us with a request to stop the subscription.

In our digital training platform your personal data is stored while you have an active subscription and then for a further 12 months. The lawful basis is contract and legal obligation.

Your personal data may be shared with members from your school, for example teachers and other students.

Changes to or corrections to personal data

To amend your personal data you can log in to the system where you saved your data. You can also contact us for assistance.  

Transfer of personal data 

The personal data that you provide us will not be transmitted, sold, exchanged, or shared with other companies, organizations or private persons without your consent. Personal data can be transferred to third parties if so required to fulfill our commitments of any agreement.

Cookies 

A cookie is a small text file (usually less than 1 kB in size) that is saved on your computer, which stores information. Cookies are, for example, used to improve the user experience when visiting a web site.

Our web site uses the lighter version of cookies, the so called session cookies. When you are surfing a website, session cookies are sent between your computer and our server to exchange information. For example, it can include information about what you have added to your shopping cart, or if you are logged in to “Mina sidor”. By using our web site you approve of us using cookies.

We store no personal information via session cookies. Session cookies are not stored permanently on your computer. They are deleted when you close your browser.

There are security settings in most web browsers that allow disabling of session cookies. Usually, you can also delete any session cookies already stored.

If you choose not to accept session cookies on our web site, the web site will not function satisfactorily.

By visiting our web site an automatic registration of your IP-address will be stored to measure website visit frequency and to compile statistics via Google Analytics. The purpose of this data collection is to improve the web site.

You have the right to:

* Have your data deleted, except for such data retained for legal obligations, i.e laws and regulations that mean we must handle and retain personal data.

* Have incorrect personal data corrected. 

* Get information on how long your personal data is stored by us.

* Receive a register extract of your personal data once a year free of charge. Send your request in writing to the address below. The request shall be personally signed. We will send the extracted data to your population registration address. 

* Make objections, withdraw your consent and decline directed marketing.

* File complaints to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten) if you feel your personal data is being wrongfully handled according to the General Data Protection Regulation (Dataskyddsförordningen).
